The NeighborHUB is a planned 40,000 sq. ft. facility designed to serve all of Collin County, one of the fastest-growing counties in Texas. Centrally located in McKinney, less than a quarter mile from the intersection of US-75 and US-380, the HUB sits where the county converges — accessible from every corner of the region.
Collin County spans 4,200 square miles and 39 zip codes, with communities stretching from Frisco and Plano in the south to McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Celina, and beyond. The NeighborHUB is positioned to be the county's hub for wraparound support, not just a McKinney resource.
Below-market rent paid by nonprofit partners will generate the revenue needed to cover all operating expenses, making this a self-sustaining center built to serve Collin County for generations.
